Mad Mex Pepita Hummus

Ladies and Gentlemen there's a hummus among us. This mashed chickpea concoction is on many menus throughout the country these days. However, MM's hummus is unique and quite good. The pumpkin seeds definitely set this one apart. The peppers give the dip a nice color and the spices are very balanced. It's paired with this very pedestrian flatbread however. The flatbread is a nice conveyance of the hummus to my mouth but not very tasty by itself. This was a little disappointing especially when the flatbread outlasted the dip by a few pieces. MM hit a triple and nearly missed a home run.
